Dear Ian,

I would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for all of your hard work. After being involved in the field of construction for nearly twenty years I have come to expect disappointment and broken agreements as a part of doing business. I will never forget how you and your crew came into my kitchen and got to work immediately on day one. It was a sight to behold. Little did I know that this no nonsense attitude was the daily rule, not the exception.

Your attention to detail and excellent follow up are two other traits I found admirable. Your own high personal standards became apparent early in the job, it was as though you were doing the job for yourself. In addition, all the materials ordered by you was on time and correct.

I could go on and on about the high quality of our renovation. Suffice to say, Connie and I are very happy with the outcome. Each and every visitor to our home comments about the high quality fit and finish of our kitchen cabinets and counter tops, the heated floors, the hall and master baths (especially the custom shower), and all the new windows and doors.

Dear Ian,

I am writing to let you know just how pleased we are with the work that you recently did in our bathroom, the finished product is exactly what we had in mind.

We have found it more and more difficult to locate a home improvement contractor that we are comfortable with, I can honestly say that we did not experience even a shadow of doubt while working with you. You arrived promptly each day as scheduled and did an excellent job of communicating the status of the work so we would know what was going on every step of the way. It is evedent that great care was taken to keep everything neat and clean while the work was in progresses all necessary precautions were taken to protect our home from any collateral damage (ie.demolition dust, debris, etc.). The tile work itself is perfect, my husband tells me that you were meticulous in every cut and it shows.

On a more personal note, we can't thank you enough for being an all around nice guy. If you hadn't pointed out the water that was found in the tub (and we're not so sure that another contractor would have), we may never have known that there was a problem with our roof. Actually helping my husband to do the necessary roof repair just went so far above and beyond. You were open and honest with us from start to finish, going so far as to provide us with the receipt showing your materials cost. When the work was complete, you spoke to my husband and explained that the job was not quite as labor intensive as originally estimated and you actually lowered the cost of the job proportionately. We were blown away.

We have already told both family and friend about you, I hope that we are able to send some more business your way. As soon as we're ready to do the master bathroom we'll call you.
